Thrifty Candle Making Crafty Tip
Rather than throw out those bits and pieces of old wax, here's some great ideas on how to utilize it.
  1. Make fire starters. These are super easy, you can dip the wax in paper, combine a mixture of wax and saw dust and or just make wee candles. Recycle two items at once by using an empty cardboard egg carton.
  2. Create chunk candles. Great for little pieces or large quantities and they turn out quite pretty too.
  3. Recycle tea light containers and make your own little tea lights.
  4. If the wax has a nice scent but no wick, melt it in an oil burner to enjoy the aroma.
  5. Make a wax-dipped teddy bear!
