Card Making Tip: Have you ever wanted to replicate a card you have already made, but forgot the exact details? Create a "recipe" that tells you the exact materials you need and their sizes, and order it by layers.
Here are some helpful steps: Take a picture of your card as a reference. Then begin writing out the details starting with the bottom most layer of your card and working your way up. Along the way be sure to note the exact type of paper you used and the measurements. If you have embellishments such as eyelets or jewels, be sure to include that as a side note. If you used a special die-cut for your greeting, note the exact resource. All of these steps will help you to not only duplicate popular cards over time, but also speed up your production!
