A blog that follows my personally designed and executed yarn projects which are inspiring and easy to follow. I also like to look at trends and events which yarnsters would be interested in.
Crafting Tip
Creative interpretation means never having to say it's a mistake.

oakhillcreations is my blog where I share my original crochet designs - finished works and patterns, some free. I also discuss other free crochet patterns that I've found online. I also talk about other needlecrafts, including beadweaving and offer quick and easy recipes.
Crochet Tip
An empty Tidy Cat litter bucket makes an ideal yarn container. Drill 6 holes in the lid. 6 skeins (7 oz) Red Heart will fit inside and remain dust-free, tangle-free, and portable!

This is a crochet blog that is only bound to continually get even better. Corina started crocheting in January of 2011 and already she has an impressive collection of original patterns that she is sharing with all of us. She crochets a variety of items but seems to favor crocheting interesting children's hats - sock monkeys, a snaggletooth cyclops and even a tiara. There's stuff for the adults too and even a number of great video tutorials on how to crochet.
Buying Crochet Yarn Tip
Be careful when purchasing alpaca yarn over the Internet. Even if it is described as "baby alpaca" it may not be as soft as you had hoped. Ask friends and check crochet and knitting communities before making any purchases of wool yarn that you can't touch before buying.

little woolie is just one of the creative outlets of this crafty Mom from Australia. Her blog is full of delicious crocheted pieces that will have you longing to grab your hooks and make up something as bright and colorful as she has. She has a way of putting colors together that really work well together and makes items that anyone would be glad to call her own. Share shares her on-going projects, a few free patterns and the latest lovely yarns she has stocked in her online yarn store.
Crochet Tip
When making an afghan of separate squares, take the time to weave in the yarn ends as you go. It will make joining your pieces much more pleasurable and less daunting.
