Crafty Tips:	Wet-felting against bubble wrap is great for providing a surface with some resistance and varied surface but will not abrade your hands the way towels can after some time. Try using different sized of bubbles to see the different effects! I've found that bubble wrap helps items to felt up much faster than other surfaces, as well.
